Resolution Guidelines

Resolution determines how sharp your print looks. Higher is always better, but we can work with what you have.

✓ 300 DPI at print size = perfect
✓ 150 DPI = acceptable quality
✓ Never stretch small images larger

COLORS

Color & Background Tips

A few color tips to ensure your print matches what you see on screen as closely as possible.

✓ Use transparent backgrounds for logos

What is the best file format for custom shirts?

PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI. This gives us the cleanest edges and best color. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) are also excellent.

Can I just send a photo from my phone?

Yes! Phone photos work for many projects. The higher resolution your phone captures, the better. Just send it and we will tell you if it will print well.

What if my image is low resolution?

We can often enhance it or recreate it. Send us what you have and we will let you know your options. Our design service is free.

Do I need to remove the background myself?

No. We handle background removal as part of our free design service. Just send the image as-is.

Can you recreate a design from a photo of a shirt?

In most cases, yes. Send us a clear photo and we will recreate the design digitally. This is included in our free design service.
