What we print.

Every job runs through the same shop. DTF printer, heat press, nothing outsourced.

Materials & testing

Torture-tested before we sold shirt one.

We didn’t open for business and figure it out on your gear. Before the first order ever went out, we ran our own testing program — inks, powders, films, and blanks against each other, then deliberately abusing the prints to find what fails. What you buy today is the combination that wouldn’t crack, peel, or fade.

  1. Component trials

Before we sold shirt one, we tested every ink, every DTF powder, every film, and every blank we could get on the press — down to running viscosity tests on the inks. If a component didn’t perform, it never reached production.

  2. Torture tests

Then we broke the rules on purpose — everything the DTF care instructions tell you never to do to a print, we did to ours. Cracking, peeling, fading: we hunted for every failure. Only the combinations that survived became our standard.

  3. The 8-step press

Most shops press once and ship. Every garment here runs an eight-step pressing process tuned to its fabric — the reason our prints come out more durable and softer at the same time.

Passed testing — current lineup

  • 50/50 blend tees The workhorse — soft hand, holds a DTF print flat, survives the laundry rotation.
  • 100% poly performance PT and moisture duty. Pressed on a low-temp recipe so the fabric never glosses or scorches.
  • Heavyweight cotton For the classic feel — pressed hot so the ink bonds deep into the weave.
  • Fleece — crews & hoodies Cold-weather unit orders. Tested on the thick seams where cheap prints crack first.

If it cracks, peels, or fades in our testing, it never touches your gear. Ask what fits your unit →

Designed in Jacksonville.
Built for Marines.

We started as a family shop five miles from the Lejeune main gate. A dozen years later we're still here — same bench, same press, same people. Every unit shirt, every homecoming run, every class-of-XYZ tee leaves our door on a first-name basis.

We're not the shop that ships from across the country. We're the shop you can drop in on before formation.

  • i. Printed in-house. No outsourcing, no middlemen.
  • ii. Military family runs the place. We know the rhythm.
  • iii. Local pickup. Or we ship direct to your POC.
● SHOP MARK · EST. 2024
The mark

The real thing.

That sunrise-and-surf mark is our family's, not a franchise's. A veteran-owned shop where the person who takes your order is the person at the press. When you see it on a shirt, it was designed, printed, and pressed by us in Jacksonville — nothing brokered out.

II MEF · Expeditionary Gear

When the force moves, the gear should already fit.

II Marine Expeditionary Force covers roughly 45,000 Marines and Sailors spread across Lejeune, Cherry Point, and New River — with a deployable footprint that includes the 22nd, 24th, and 26th MEUs. Running a shirt order for a command under II MEF means accepting the timeline will shift. Deployments slide. Rosters change. Sizes get revised three times before the first print.

We have built the workflow for that: quote first, lock roster later, print in batches if the deployment window tightens. If a company needs 120 shirts printed yesterday because the manifest changed, we have done it. We will do it again.

  • 01.Short-fuse orders under 72 hours — call ahead, we will confirm the window.
  • 02.Deployment-approved color palettes (no bright whites that get flagged).
  • 03.Split orders: half at pickup, half shipped to an FPO address.
